REFUND POLICY
Our policy
All sales are final.
Exchanges and damages
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if
the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
(Please note that you might receive an item that is purposely ripped, teared, worn out
and/or other distressing methods)
Exchanges are only offered after an order evaluation, if you have need to exchange for a different size, contact us personally at sales.iconikimages@gmail.com and we will review your request.
Refunds
Refunds are only given to damaged products, we are not responsible for any
packages lost in the mail. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales.iconikimages@gmail.com
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom orders will not be accepted for any refund. We do not accept ANY refunds on digital products. If you made a mistake while purchasing contact us at sales.iconikimages@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Accepted Refunds
If your refund request is accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and
inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please
